Associate Product Manager

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join RockStar Data. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, define solutions, and collaborate with the internal team to deliver outstanding products.
You will also contribute to the design process, create wireframes, and validate solutions through UX testing. If you’re a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for user-centered design, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Discovery and Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, gathering insights to define clear product requirements.
- Conduct client interviews to understand their challenges, workflows, and business needs.
- Actively communicate and validate proposed solutions with clients to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Product Strategy and Prioritization:
- Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize features, set milestones, and shape the product roadmap.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Wireframing and Prototyping:
- Design wireframes, user flows, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes to conceptualize features and user experiences.
- Conduct usability testing to validate designs and refine them based on client and user feedback.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, developers, and data teams to align technical feasibility with user requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation that outlines feature behavior, edge cases, and user scenarios for developers.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
- User Experience and Product Design:
- Leverage UX research techniques to understand user behavior and improve product usability.
- Ensure the product adheres to best practices in user-centered design, accessibility, and overall experience consistency.
- Maintain iterative feedback loops to optimize features post-launch.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- - Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
- Experience with UX research and usability testing, including data collection and analysis.
- Basic understanding of SQL or other analytics tools to derive insights from client data (preferred).
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, BI tools, or other analytics-focused applications.
- Communication and Research:
- - Exceptional communication skills to facilitate discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to distill complex client needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Proven experience conducting user interviews and synthesizing insights into product plans.
- Product Design and Validation:
- - Experience creating interactive wireframes and prototypes that convey user flows and feature functionality.
- Strong skills in validating designs and functionality with users and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards.
- Documentation & Developer Collaboration:
- - Ability to create detailed documentation explaining each feature’s behavior, intended use cases, and functionality to developers.
- Work closely with the development team to address any design-related queries during implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, UX, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Portfolio showcasing user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.

- Flexible working hours, from Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm
- Salary 17.498€ annual with possibility of extension to full time.
